On July 22, 2025, Brevard County passed an ordinance authorizing the Brevard County Clerk of Court to begin collecting Tourist Development Tax.
Effective October 1, 2025, the Brevard County Tax Collector will no longer be collecting tourist tax. Please contact the Brevard County Clerk of Court for instructions on how to file and pay after October 1. They can be reached by phone at 321-637-6530 or by emailing tourist.tax@brevardclerk.us
